Implementations

We offer implementations of the GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRC, IFS systems as well as specialist implementations. Implementations are carried out in accordance with a well-tested model which ensures effective system implementation, documentation preparation and a training cycle, all planned to enable the company to effectively maintain and develop the systems after the implementation process is completed.

Consulting starts with a preliminary audit, which assesses the starting position of the company. Subsequent implementations are carried out during two visits a month. Each visit includes:

  • control audits which evaluate the implementation progress
  • training for management and personnel in systems being implemented and the legal requirements associated with the systems i
  • preparing the documentation necessary to describe the system (e-Documents) and its certification
  • preparing personnel for a certifying audit (or inspection)
  • internal audit before certification
  • training of the employee who will take over supervision of the systems after the implementation process is completed
  • assisting during the certification audit, client audits or inspection
